Homeowner dues are $10.00 per month billed annually in December, payable the following January. Dues were originally established to pay for unexpected events that could occur. The accumulation of dues mitigates against possible Homeowner assessments. These monies currently are used for mowing of entry blvd, street lights and Homeowner events.
